SimCap — simulator golf handicap tracking

SimCap (“we,” “us”) helps you track your simulator golf handicap. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using SimCap, you agree to this policy.

• Golf round data: information you log, such as scores, course, date, and simulator-related settings needed to compute and display your handicap.

How we use it

We use your email to create and secure your account, send essential service messages (such as password reset), and support your use of the app. We use round data to calculate and show your handicap, history, and related features inside SimCap.

Data storage

Your data is stored using Supabase with industry-standard security practices. We protect access to your information and use it only to operate and improve SimCap as described here.

Third parties

We do not sell your personal information or golf data to third parties. We may use subprocessors (such as our database and hosting providers) strictly to run the service; they are bound by appropriate agreements and only process data on our instructions.

User rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
